We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance (added $15 monthly for just liability coverage for the Unit only) or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15.

Applications- we have a processing fee of $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application plus a $5 system processing fee for using the service is included. Applying online is preferred and available, which puts you directly in line to potentially get the unit. For those that do not have the ability to apply online, we take the applications in the order of receipt, and submitting by hand can cost you, related to those that submit directly. For written application, we require cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal check. Application Processing Fees are not refundable, unless candidates ahead of you are approved.
Income will have to be verifiable. Applicant must be willing to commence a Rental Agreement within 10 days of approval. For a 10 day hold, you will need to tender the full deposit within 24 hours of approval.

Utlities- The Tenant pays all Utilities except Water. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes, We do have certain Rules and Restrictions on those types of units, and for this property, we do not see a variance to allow them.

For a 2-Bedroom, we will accept up to 5 persons, based on the unit size.
